So pleased with the work done on my Mazda by BAM Auto repair. Austin was able to get me in quickly and with a time convenient to my schedule- he made recommendations that felt honest and took great care of my vehicle. As a 25 year old female it’s easy to feel overwhelmed in an auto shop, I knew I was getting great service at BAM. Highly recommend Austin and BAM to others!

I would give BAM Automotive 1000+ stars if it were possible! This place is the best! Austin and Brady are honest, knowledgeable, conscientious, and just downright nice guys! They won’t nickel & dime you, in fact they openly tell you if you do not need something done. They also are detail-oriented and prioritize giving the best service and client satisfaction. A nice touch that did not go unnoticed: As I dropped off my van on a cold evening recently, Austin had the loaner car started and warming up, with MPR Classical Radio playing, my favorite. It’s the small things that are also important because it shows thoughtfulness. I was shocked at the relatively low cost of the repairs that I had done, and the COSTCO discount saved me well over $200. You just can’t beat these guys for service, cost, and satisfaction!

Austin and Brady were great. Brady was super friendly and understanding of what I was dealing with. Austin even gave me a ride to and from work because my work wasn't very far away. I highly recommend these gentlemen!!

In and out for an oil change in 30 minutes. Professional service, and I appreciate that they take time to explain things rather than talking down to you.

Superior Job, and excellent service

When I moved here, I spent a bunch of time researching where to take my car, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. They’re useful, friendly, quick, knowledgeable guys (at least the two I have worked with) who do not screw you out of every expense. I was offered a ride home by them when dropping off my car (I live walking distance) and was offered a ride to lunch once as well. The customer service is top notch and the work they do has kept my car in great shape; make these guys your auto guys.
