Scheduled a 90k service for my Accord hybrid. BAM provided a loaner and called the next day to tell me what I needed. They didn't ask me to have work done that I didn't need. That makes it a great experience compared to dealers the chain repair shops I have tried. Cost was reasonable as well. I will go back next time I need service,
