I got my oil changed at BAM Automotive and am definitely a happy customer. Not only is the space not your typical auto shop (it's clean, comfortable and bright), the staff was very friendly and informative. Brady did an excellent job taking care of my car.

This was my first experience with BAM Automotive. They were courteous and clean (and that is important.) Mostly, they were flexible. Went in for one problem involving a dangerous sounding noise which they resolved - car drives better than it has since i bought it. Asked about another concern and they found an unusual broken bolt which they figured out a way to repair. So glad it had not broken while I was on the road. They saved me a great deal of aggravation and a possible accident. And the price was reasonable. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
