If you’re evening thinking of going anywhere else, you better slam the car door on your hands to bring you back to reality!! Only place on this Earth I’ll let touch my vehicle. They get the job done correctly the first time! They aren’t the cheapest( not expensive either, but not a bargain shopper place where they mess your vehicle up)but if you want THE BEST, this is where you go! I initially took my vehicle to 3 other places)”IFFY” LUBE as you never know what they’re going to break or wrong item used,Take 5( NEVER IN LIFE GO THERE!! Unless you want them to ruin your engine and have BAM FIX IT! Mobil on MinnetoNKA Blvd, they commit fraud and steal $500, them when you bring it back they admit they don’t know what they’re doing but won’t warranty the FAKE parts they Never put in, and tell you the have no records so their owner won’t even talk to you. BAM is a breed above anything I’ve ever in life experienced. True honesty, INTEGRITY from all team members, ID send my wife or mother there without being present and know there’s no BS. Thanks to your whole team! Let me know what your team wants for lunch one day and it’s on me!Ill customer for life!!

Only place on earth I’ll let touch my vehicles. I trust Austin the owner and Steven( don’t know his title) so much, I sent my own mother there to get her vehicle repaired. I own a small business a few blocks away and vouch for this business as a man first, consumer and entrepreneur that serves the public as well. The whole team at BAM is PHENOMENAL! If you go anywhere else it’s the biggest mistake you’ll make when it pertains to your vehicle.

Austin and team helped with my engine oil leak diagnostic and tire rotation. He gave me a free overall diagnosis. My impression of the team hers is of thoroughness and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Bam (and Austin) were awesome! I called in later afternoon saying my car was making some weird noises and he had be drop my car off that day. He was very transparent about times and when they would be able to take a look at it. I wasn’t expecting to get in for a couple days so then being able to look at it the next morning was great. The communication about what was they found, what they thought needed to be fixed right away, what could wait, and how much everything would cost, felt so much more transparent than other places I have gone before. They got everything fixed VERY fast and said I could pick it up anytime. Would highly recommend them and have been telling all my friends about them.

Austin the owner is the most honest mechanic I’ve ever been honored to meet. I’ll never take my vehicles anywhere else unless he directs me too. My family and friends are customers for live!!

Very good service and very nice job

I had a check engine light come on that put me in a bind. They were able to get me in and quickly resolve the major issues and some services I needed. My car had an issue other places attempted to solve multiple times and failed. The service manager at BAM! knew exactly what to do and why that can happen and they fixed the issue. They also have a simple process that is clear and easy to communicate with them on what to do. After diagnosing they sent a text with a link to the details and what was important and what was coming up.

Had such a great experience, I really like the desk seating so you can get some work done while you wait. Staff is very friendly, had a nice chat with the receptionist. 10/10 would recommend!
